Being that it is close to Diwali (I thought Festival Of Lights was copyrighted), this is Mela season. A Mela is (if I am getting this right) kind of like a county fair Indian style. Food stalls, craft stalls, game of chance stalls, a raffle. Plus add dancing. We had one in our apartment complex and we, having never been to one, decided to go. I owed a guy I know a beer so at one point I went to the "beer stall" where I encountered both bad news and good. Bad news, no beer for sale, only Cuba Libras (Huh?). Good news, open bar.
This, of course, led to the obvious.....
