Betelnut

We had dinner at a roadside place near our apartment Saturday night. As we were walking home, we passed a stall and Nipin said something in Hindi to the guy working there. The took out a leaf and starting putting stuff on it. Luckily I had my camera with me so snapped a couple of shots (see below). The process of making it was actually amazing. More info on this link.
