What The Heck?

We were driving through a village and passed a zillion goats and this guy. If I got it right from talking to him, he was spinning yarn from the goats. What I can not figure out is that none of the goats are blue. Also, his head dress is red which threw me off completely.


By the way, I think that pashmina comes from the hair on the necks of the goats. But I haven't checked. Anyway, he was friendly.
