Sunday is cooking day

Welcome to sunday dinner. This is what we made:

Chicken Korma (absolutley kickin')

Garlic Naan

Vegetarian Pulao

We also made (for the week ahead) Italian gravy (AKA marinara sauce) with fresh ingredients. Thanks Aunt Margie.

And we made kidney bean and black eyed pea soup.

You know what? The Naan had onion seed interspersed with garlic and ghee (see black specks on the Naan). Onion seed, what do you think of that? This Naan was better than the last and we are still working on it.
